IN-PERSON AND ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

I am based in Woodingdean and work across Brighton. I offer mobile personal training (in your home, your garden or a local park) using my own gym equipment or alternatively, online PT via video link. In addition to this, I offer gym-based personal training from the University of Brighton's Sports Centre in Falmer (Sport Brighton).
