IN-PERSON AND ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

I offer both in-person (mobile) and online personal training. I come to you, providing personal training in your home, a garden or a local park*. I also provide online personal training via video link. I am based in Woodingdean village and work across Brighton and Hove and beyond. Areas I cover include: Woodingdean, Rottingdean, Ovingdean and Saltdean, East Brighton, Falmer, Hanover and Kemptown. *(In accordance with Covid-19 government guidelines).
