ABOUT ME
I provide inclusive, empowering and results-driven personal training. My approach is client centred, focused on providing advice, support and motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals in a welcoming and inclusive environment. I take a holistic approach—encompassing exercise, nutrition and healthy lifestyle—specific to you, your life and your goals.
Although I've always enjoyed exercise in some format, personal training wasn't a long-term aim. But my own experience of getting ‘back to fit’ (having weighed over 14 stone) inspired me to embark on a new career as a personal trainer in my mid-30s.
Now, I live for exercise and fitness. It has had such a positive impact on my life, my outlook and, importantly, my health and wellbeing. I know that starting new exercise can be daunting, especially if it has been a while or we’ve had a not-so-good experience in the past. But I also know how rewarding it can be.
My main aim is to empower clients through a positive exercise experience, whatever their fitness level. In practice, this means that I use both my professional knowledge and personal experiences to help each of my clients work towards their fitness goals, whatever they may be.
I am a female certified personal trainer, based in Woodingdean, working across Brighton. I offer gym-based personal training from Sport Brighton (based at the University of Brighton) in Falmer and Moulsecoomb, as well as Longhill Sports Centre in Rottingdean. I also offer mobile personal training (in your home, your garden or a local park) and online PT via video link.
