A one-off taster session for those looking to explore personal training.

One per person maximum.
Personal training sessions for individuals on a 1:1 basis (£35).
Personal training for small groups of two to five people (£40).
Exercise and nutrition recommendations included, as appropriate.
Package of four sessions minimum recommended.
Access to a nutritional analysis at a discounted rate, equal to the cost of a 1:1 personal training session (per person, for clients who have booked a 4-session or more personal training package).
30 minutes + complementary report
A 7-day food diary analysis.
Tailored and accredited information and guidance to support your general health and personal goals (e.g., weight loss, exercise aims).
Covers calories, macronutrients, nutritional value of food and its applications to exercise.
Discounted rate offered to personal training clients who have booked a 4-session or more personal training package.
