  • Meet me, get to know my training style - find out if it's a good fit for you!

  • One per person maximum.

FROM £40*

60 minutes†

  • Personal training sessions on a 1:1, 2:1 or small group basis.

  • Exercise and nutrition advice and guidance, for achieving your training goals.

  • An opportunity for nutritional (7-day food diary) analysis.

  • A My PT Hub profile.

  • Personal fitness tests to track your progress and help motivate you.

  • Coaching and support throughout, including check-in messages.


30 minutes

  • A 7-day food diary analysis.

  • Tailored, accredited information.

  • Tangible guidance to support your personal goals (e.g. weight loss, exercise performance) and overall health.

  • Covers an insight into protein/fat/carbohydrate levels, calories, optimal eating patterns, nutritional value of food items and applications to exercise.

  • Included for regular PT clients. 

*A discounted rate is offered to current University of Brighton student gym members at Sport Brighton Gym.

†45-minute sessions are also an option.
