45 minutes

  • A one-off taster session for those looking to explore personal training.

  • Meet me, get to know my training style - find out if it's a good fit for you!

  • One taster session per person, maximum.

  • One-off fitness programme/gym induction sessions also offered from Longhill Sports Centre, for the same price as a taster session. 

FROM £43

45 or 60 minutes

  • Personal training on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis.

  • Exercise and nutrition advice and guidance, for achieving your training goals.

  • Personal fitness tests to track your progress and help motivate you.

  • Coaching and support, including check-in messages.

  • An opportunity for a nutritional (7-day food diary) analysis.

  • Recommended action points to support your personal goals and general health.

  • Check-in text in between sessions.

  • 2:1 personal training clients need to be closely matched in terms of their fitness levels and training goals.

  • Pilates sessions on a 1:1, 2:1 or small group basis.

  • Gym or home-based (appropriate space required).

  • Sessions can be programmed for general fitness or tailored for specific exercise goals.
