One per person maximum.
ONE-TO-ONE / GROUP TRAINING
Personal training sessions for individuals on a 1:1 basis.
Personal training for small groups of two to five people.
Exercise and nutrition recommendations included, as appropriate.
Package of four sessions minimum as standard.
Access to a nutritional analysis at a discounted rate, equal to the cost of a 1:1 personal training session (per person).
30 minutes + complementary report
A 7-day food diary analysis.
Tailored and accredited information and guidance to support your general health and personal goals (e.g., weight loss, exercise performance).
Covers calories, macronutrients, nutritional value of food and its applications to exercise.
Discounted rate offered to personal training clients.
