Personal fitness tests to track your progress and help motivate you.
Coaching and support throughout, including check-in messages.
A 7-day food diary analysis.
Tailored, accredited information.
Tangible guidance to support your personal goals (e.g. weight loss, exercise performance) and overall health.
Covers an insight into protein/fat/carbohydrate levels, calories, optimal eating patterns, nutritional value of food items and applications to exercise.
Included for regular PT clients.
*A discounted rate is offered to current University of Brighton student gym members at Sport Brighton Gym.
†45-minute sessions are also an option.
