Service Description
Pilates is a low impact exercise that uses core centering, control and breathwork to: · Promote good posture/joint alignment. · Develop strength and flexibility. · Improve core stability. · Help with mind-body connection. · Support cardiovascular and resistance training/exercise activities due to the benefits it provides to the overall condition of the body. Kat is a registered Level 3 CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Pilates Instructor (Active IQ, RQF, NASM). She currently works as a freelance trainer from Longhill Sports Centre and delivers Pilates and PT at Sport Brighton, University of Brighton. Kat’s key offering is in providing empowering, inclusive and results-driven training - helping normal people to train extraordinarily. Kat delivers a focused but welcoming and enjoyable Pilates class.

Health and medical conditions / PAR-Q policy All new attendees are required to complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) prior to participating in a class: https://form.jotform.com/katsaunderspt/Consent-and-par-q-form This is for the remit of safe and effective exercise. Cancellations and refunds policy There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in place for this class. For bookings cancelled with under 24 hours' notice, no refunds will be given.
